On September 7th, the DE&I (D.E.I) Committee at GCCC held a cultural tasting event at the Portico during lunch time. D.E.I stands for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. They served pupusas, a well-known Salvadorian dish. Students were able to have a taste of Salvadorian culture. The purpose of events held by D.E.I is to educate students and faculty about various cultures from different countries.

D.E.I will continue to host monthly events to continue spreading awareness of cultures.
