KJCAA Pre Season Basketball Rankings

Dalton Janousek, Manager

(KJCCC) January 5, 2021 — Familiar names may top the coaches polls for the upcoming Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference (KJCCC) basketball season, but the pack is advancing on the top spots, according to the tightness of the voting. The poll results are listed below.

Hutchinson tops the Predicted Order of Finish in both the men’s and women’s West Division polls, with a tight grouping following in close behind. Perennial power Coffeyville tops the East Division men’s poll, with a resurgent Cowley program just a small notch behind.
Division II basketball looks to be the dogfight it always is.  Both men’s and women’s polls were close, with Kansas City KS topping the men’s poll, and defending conference champion Labette on top in the women’s poll.

GCCC games broadcasted by Mike Pilosof will be broadcasted on 99.9 FM (The Rock), westernkansasnews.com/kwkr and the TuneIn App by searching KWKR.

The season begins on Jan. 20, and conference play opens on Jan. 27. Region VI championship play opens at the higher seeds on April 5.
