On Thursday, February 24, Student Support Services will be hosting the 29th Annual National TRIO Day. This is a day of celebration, reflection, and action around access for those who might be at a disadvantage, looking for a higher education. Federal TRIO Programs support low- income and first- generation students entering college. Every year in February, tons of people come together to celebrate the impact TRIO has had on thousands of college students. The event will take place in the Saffell Library, from 1:00 to 3:00, students, staff, and faculty are encouraged to attend.
