The GC3 Art Department is hosting a sculptural installation, Loopapalooza, created by Ned Day. Students are encouraged to go and appreciate the tons of art work that is going to be on display until March 11. The closing day will include a copper bracelet demonstration and workshop from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the art and design shop, located in the Joyce Fine Arts building. On that same day, the featured artist, Ned Day will present an artist’s lecture, followed by a closing ceremony from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. The Mercer Gallery that holds all the featured artist’s art work, is open Monday through Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays.
