Big news for beauty gurus all around Garden City, Kansas. There is now a way to obtain an esthetician license in this small community. Beauty Palace School of Esthetics launched an esthetician program starting on November 3rd, 2025.
Cassandra and Anthony Fonseca are both owners and instructors of the institution. Both are Garden City natives who recently moved back home from Colorado.
The institution offers two options of enrollment, part-time and full-time. Enrollment includes hybrid learning that is potentially more suitable for learners. Full-time students will attend class Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. As for part-time students, they will meet on Monday and Tuesday from 8:30 am to 5 pm and 8:30 am to 12 pm on Wednesdays. As of right now, Beauty Palace School of Esthetics is already expecting a full second session starting in June.
To learn effectively, these esthetician students will practice their services on real clients. Since these students are still learning, the services will come at a smaller price than regular service costs.
The current class offers both a $20, 30-minute facial and a $25 facial for one hour. As a step up to a standard facial, there is a $35 choice that pairs traditional skin care techniques with a rotary brush, LED light therapy and a high-frequency wand. Along with facials, the students are now practicing back facials for $30. The most recent student service offered is a variety of facial waxing.
Overall, this brand-new beauty school is creating new career opportunities for aspiring estheticians in a small town. This program is exciting for both students and clients here in Garden City.
